In support of the company mission, the Manager, Revenue Operations will work with the Business Unit Leads and Sales/Service Leaders to create and maintain a world-class sales culture, focused on delivering results.
The employee is expected to adhere to ethics policies and practices as established by ACI Learning.
Create a world class Revenue Operations support function to enable the scalability of the organization both organically and inorganically through the assistance of technology and standard processes.
Identify opportunities for sales support to streamline sales/service processes.
Analyze existing sales/service processes to identify opportunities and hurdles.
Secure resources as requested by sales/service teams to assist the sales process.
Compile and analyze KPI’s and provide ongoing feedback to sales, customer success and leadership.
In collaboration with the SFDC support team manage Salesforce content & processes to ensure thoroughness, consistency, and value of the database to benefit sales/service teams and management.
Own the sales/service tech stack outside of the CRM.
Develop system support for deriving main metrics from Salesforce.
Coordinate with Marketing Operations and Sales Enablement to ensure the sales and service/teams have what they need to be successful.
Work closely with Marketing Operations to create, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns.
In conjunction with sales/service leadership, prepare sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
In conjunction with sales/service leadership, & finance assist with the annual sales budgeting processes.
In conjunction with sales/service leadership, finance, and HR own the commissions program.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science or related field
3+ years’ marketing or sales experience, preferably in field sales or operations
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Strong problem solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience and strong technical skills
Supervision - This position is minimally supervised.
External/Internal Customers - This position may require contact with clients, vendors, online users, and ACI Learning.
Confidentiality - There is access in this position to confidential company information.
Travel - The position may require occasional travel to company offices worldwide.
