Course Objectives

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4®) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. This accredited Foundation course is designed to give students a basic understanding of the processes that help IT staff deliver quality service. Students will learn the core principles of ITIL® service management and will be prepared to sit for the ITIL® Foundation exam upon completion of the class.   • Basic computer literacy 

  • Basic PC Operating System navigation skills

  • Basic Internet usage skills

Course Objectives

This 5-day PMP® exam prep class provides an intensive review of the subject matter tested on the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination as well as the CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) exam. Students improve their test-taking skills by completing sample examinations totaling 200 questions and by discussing the rationale behind both correct and incorrect answers.

Prerequisites

The Project Management Institute requires the following before taking the exam:

  • A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)

  • 7,500 hours leading and directing projects

  • 35 hours of project management training\

  • Four-year degree

  • 4,500 hours leading and directing projects

  • 35 hours of project management training
