When I first came into the idea of changing to IT I knew that it would be a lot easier if I had help. I was lucky to have ACI Jacksonville nearby. In a span of mere months, I have learned a lot more than I could anticipate. I've completed ITIL® (ITIL® is a registered trademark of AXELOS Limited, used under permission of AXELOS Limited), CompTIA A+ and Security+. Now I'm working on two more certifications. This has been a phenomenal experience. The staff have been beyond helpful and accommodating.
