Ronnie Wong

Ronnie Wong's professional journey is more of an adventure: It includes working on diesel repair service trucks, ministering to congregations, and gaining experience in computer repair and network administration for two small business settings. In these roles, Ronnie was instrumental in setting up networks, servers, and policies for the respective companies. Before becoming an Edutainer at ITProTV, now known as ACI Learning, Ronnie served as an IT technical instructor, guiding individuals in understanding applications, operating systems, and networking equipment. Additionally, he worked as a contract trainer at esteemed institutions such as the University of Florida, Marion County School Systems, and Nationwide Insurance. Ronnie's expertise extended to providing training on Cisco, Microsoft Windows, CompTIA, and IT security to the US Army's 7th Special Forces Group, the US Air Force Special Operations Group, and Department of Defense employees at Ft. Lee in Virginia. Currently, Ronnie holds the position of Director of Content Development at ACI Learning.
