ACI Learning Appoints Bill Rufo as Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Success

February 9, 2026 — ACI Learning today announced the appointment of Bill Rufo as Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Success. In this role, Rufo will lead ACI Learning’s global sales organization, overseeing go-to-market execution and revenue growth across enterprise, academic, and partner markets.

Rufo is a seasoned revenue executive with more than 15 years of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing revenue organizations across B2B SaaS companies. He brings deep expertise in owning the full revenue lifecycle—from outbound pipeline creation and deal execution to onboarding, renewal, and expansion—while driving predictable growth through disciplined operating rigor.

Most recently, Rufo served as Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at Swarmia, where he owned end-to-end go-to-market and post-sale execution. In this role, he was accountable for new ARR, expansion, retention, net revenue retention, and forecasting across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. He partnered closely with executive leadership to define ICP, pricing, packaging, and sales motion, while building and coaching teams to deliver strong pipeline health and customer outcomes.

His background spans enterprise sales, customer success, and revenue operations across B2B SaaS organizations at multiple stages of scale.
