Because 2025 was one of those years where things didn’t just move fast—they actually landed. Learners followed through. Programs delivered real outcomes. And a lot of behind-the-scenes work turned into momentum you could feel.

So consider this our year-in-review toast. No slides. No buzzwords. Just the highlights that made 2025 a year worth remembering.

Learners Really Showed Up

You know how easy it is to start something with the best intentions…and then never quite finish?

That’s why this still feels like the headline of the year:

• 85%+ completion rate on our top courses
• 14+ million labs completed

Those numbers don’t happen unless training is realistic, structured, and respectful of people’s time. In 2025, learners didn’t just log in—they stuck with it. And that’s the part we’re most proud of.

The “Wait, That’s a Big Deal” Moment

June brought one of those moments where you reread the email just to be sure.

ACI Learning was named **Career Development Solution of the Year** by the EdTech Breakthrough Awards. And while awards are always nice, what made this one hit differently was how closely it mirrored what learners were already saying across G2, Capterra, SourceForge, and Trustpilot.

The theme was consistent: strong experiences, clear outcomes, and training that actually helps people move forward.

Trust Still Matters

Some milestones don’t come with confetti—but they matter just as much.

In May, ACI Learning achieved ISO/IEC 27701 certification reinforcing our commitment to protecting learner and customer data. As our platform and reach continue to grow, maintaining trust isn’t optional—it’s foundational.

Marketplace Got More Interesting

2025 was also the year the myACI Marketplace really opened up.

We added new partners to support more roles across the business, giving organizations more flexibility without adding more platforms to manage.

New Marketplace partners included:

• Bigger Brains, offering award-winning Microsoft and business productivity training in more than 29 languages
• ClipTraining, with 168 expert-led Microsoft 365 and core productivity courses
• Scrimba, delivering interactive, hands-on web development courses where learners actually build as they learn

More choice. Same focus on quality and outcomes.

New Skills, New Certifications, Still Hands-On

The pace of change didn’t slow down in 2025, and neither did our content.

This year brought updated and new training aligned to real-world needs, including:

• CompTIA SecurityX (CAS-005), now live with Skill Labs
• CompTIA PenTest+ (PT0-003) updates
• New CompTIA A+ 220-1201 and 220-1202 series with labs
• Tech+ (formerly ITF+)
• Certified Ethical Hacker v13

Same approach as always: learn it, practice it, and walk away knowing how to use it.

A Global Moment That Meant Something

September marked a milestone that made us stop and take it in.

ACI Learning entered a two-year partnership with OMREN and MOHERI in Oman, expanding access to hands-on Skill Labs across universities in the region. It was a reminder that practical, skills-based training has a place—and an impact—well beyond any one market.

Tech Academy: Career Wins We Love to See

2025 also delivered some big Tech Academy highlights—and these are the ones we keep coming back to:

• Partnership announced with Auburn University OPCE
• 70%+ job placement rate
• 80%+ program completion rate
• Enrollment opening January 2026

Behind those numbers is a model that continues to work: live, instructor-led training taught by certified professionals, paired with hands-on labs, personalized mentoring, and full career support.

The new partnership with Auburn University’s Office of Professional and Continuing Education builds on that foundation, giving learners the opportunity to earn a university-backed certificate of completion while preparing for in-demand IT and cybersecurity certifications. It’s a meaningful step forward—for learners, for workforce-focused higher education, and for anyone looking for training that leads somewhere.

Our 2025 State of Skills Training in Tech & Cybersecurity report validated what many teams already felt firsthand:
